Has 5-8HP 2 cycle ROC engine with belt pulley drive. Used for track inspection, signal maintenance and light track repair. Runs top speed low to mid 30s MPH. Rated 1-4 men, 1 trailer. He wanted to restore it but never got started; he passed away in 2011. My plan is to restore it and put it back on the rails like he wanted. This shot was taken on a trip in Pa. on the Lackawaxen &amp; Stourbridge Line. This car is unique in it has 4 coats of fireboat red Awlgrip marine paint on it. Yes, the car went to a marina to be painted! And is now owned by John Shefte and Seth Gartner. I was told that the car started out as SAL 262, in GA, later SCL 262, It is now back to it&#8217;s roots as SAL 262. It was the first motor car to make it from Red Springs to Parkton under it&#8217;s own power after hurricane Mathew. The motor in now an Onan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What Do You Enjoy About Your Car:&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong>Everywhere that I take it, it draws attention for people.
