John Shefte has recently been working overtime to limb back the overgrowth of trees on the north end of the railroad. Thanks, John!

ATVs are trespassing south of Clearwater Road causing damage to the ROW when they get stuck, digging out ballast and ties. The thought is a more formal crossing may slow them down and prevent further damage. Time will tell.

MP 230.

In December 2020 Mark Bullard and Seth Gartner pulled MP 230 from the weeds and set it up. It required patching the middle with a hole in the concrete and rebar exposed. Once upright, Mark painted it to match the other MP markers he has painted. MP 230 is now in place and visible to all passing by.
